POLICY FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS

Rental information including reservation policies and fees.

Reservation Policy:

Upon confirmation of reservation dates and property, a rental agreement will be sent via email to review and sign. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and payment. The reservation fee is 50% of the rental rate. The remaining 50% will be due 7 days prior to arrival date.

Fees:

The price of rental includes arrival and departure cleaning including linen and towels for the stay. If the occupant desires an additional cleaning or change of linen during his stay he will be charged extra. An additional 500 €uro pet deposit (only on selected properties) is also required for guests bringing pets.

Security Deposit Policy:

Security Deposits are payable by cash and held by Rent-in-Marbella. If no damage has been incurred during your stay, the full amount of 500 €uros will be returned to the occupant upon departure. All or any portion of the security deposit may be used as reasonably necessary to cure non-sufficient funds fees or other sums due; repair damage, excluding ordinary wear and tear caused by occupant or occupant’s guests; cleaning of the premises and/or replacing of personal property.

Cancellation Policy:

If the occupant cancels or otherwise terminates this agreement, the reservation fee will not be refunded unless the premises are re-rented to another party. The refund will be for the amount that the unit is re-rented for, minus a 10% fee.

Check-in / Check-out Procedures:

Check-in time is between 1 pm until 8 pm on the arrival date. Upon receipt of final payment, guest will be provided with check-in instructions and directions to the property. If you desire a later arrival time, please lets us know and we will make necessary arrangements. Arrivals outside of the normal check in hours will be charged with 75 €uros

Check-out time is at 10 am on the departure date. Keys to the house should be left in the instructed place or directly to Rent-in-Marbella staff. A 150 €uro charge will be required for any lost keys.

General Policies:

Smoking inside is not permitted at any properties rented by Rent-in-Marbella. In the case of breach of that rule a special cleaning of 100 €uros will be applicable and deducted from the deposit.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. An additional 500 €uro pet deposit is required and is fully refundable. An special cleaning of 100 €uro will be charged upon departure

All vacation rentals in Marbella are located in residential neighborhoods, and guests are expected to be respectful of noise ordinances and neighbours. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Please take note of the maximum number of guests allowed in the homes and condos before making your reservation as this policy is strictly enforced.

Home & Condo Equipment:

All homes and condos are outfitted with high-end luxury amenities. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. Kitchen utensils and a starter supply of soap and paper products are made available for all rentals.
